At ClawBase, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our managed VPS hosting plans.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with ClawBase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- This applies to first-time purchases only.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or our support system.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not available for unused portions of a billing period. This is because VPS resources are provisioned and reserved for your use for the entire billing period.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages exceeding 48 hours (pro-rata credit)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges (full refund of erroneous amount)
- Service not delivered as described
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Your VPS and data will be retained for 14 days after your service expires, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- No partial refunds are provided for cancellation mid-cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email, order/invoice number, and the reason for your refund request.
6. Promotional Credits
Free AI credits and promotional offers have no cash value and are not refundable. If you cancel your plan during a promotional period, you forfeit any remaining promotional credits.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
