By accessing or using ClawBase ("the Service"), operated at clawbase.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

ClawBase provides managed Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with pre-installed OpenClaw AI agent software. Our service includes:

• Provisioning and maintaining a dedicated VPS for each customer
• Pre-installed and pre-configured OpenClaw software
• A web-based dashboard for monitoring and managing your agent
• AI credits during promotional periods (subject to change)
• Customer support via our ticketing system

ClawBase is not affiliated with the OpenClaw open-source project. We are an independent hosting provider that uses the open-source software.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Service plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may change with notice. Existing subscriptions will honor their purchased rate until renewal.
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). We do not directly store your payment card information.
• Subscription fees are prepaid for the selected billing period (e.g., quarterly). No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation unless specified in our Refund Policy.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable platform fees. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

ClawBase may offer promotional AI credits at no additional cost. These promotions are subject to the following:

• Promotional credits are provided "as-is" and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• When a promotion ends, you will need to provide your own API keys or purchase AI credit add-ons to continue using AI features.

You agree not to use ClawBase for:

• Any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity
• Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through your AI agent
• Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
• Cryptocurrency mining on your VPS
• Hosting content that violates intellectual property rights
• Activities that consume excessive resources and impact other users
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime for VPS infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., AI API providers, messaging platforms, DNS providers).
• In the event of extended unplanned downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, customers may request pro-rata service credits.

• Your VPS is your environment. You have root-level access and are responsible for the data and configurations on it.
• We perform automated backups as a courtesy but do not guarantee backup availability. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups.
• Upon account termination or non-renewal, your VPS and its data will be deleted within 14 days. We will attempt to notify you before deletion.

The ClawBase brand, website design, dashboard interface, and proprietary code are owned by ClawBase. OpenClaw software is licensed under its own open-source license and is not our intellectual property. You retain all rights to your own data and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ClawBase is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service. We do not warrant that AI agent responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

• You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 14 days' notice (except in cases of immediate violation where termination may be instant).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
